This accolade highlights the success of our refreshed Shell Select concept, designed to deliver a more convenient, intuitive and enjoyable retail experience for customers.

As Asia Pacific’s retail sector evolves rapidly, businesses are adapting to consumer expectations, digital disruption, and demand for seamless customer experiences. These factors have redefined industry standards, pushing retailers and brands to innovate in terms of customer engagement, sustainability initiatives, omnichannel strategies, and operational excellence.
These achievements were celebrated at the Retail Asia Awards 2026, held on 3 June 2026 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, honouring companies and organisations whose efforts shape the future of retail in the Asia Pacific region.
