How can I check which scheme am I currently on?
1. Open the Shell Asia App: Launch the app on your device.
2. Tap on ‘My Card’: Locate and click on the ‘My Card’ icon on the bottom of the app.
3. View Your Membership Status: At the top left of the page, within the yellow box, you will see the label ‘Drivers’ indicating your current membership.

I have accidentally chosen the wrong scheme, how can I switch to the Riders scheme?
1. Open the Shell Asia App: Launch the app on your device.
2. Tap on ‘Account’: Find and click on the ‘Account’ tab from the bottom of the app.
3. Select ‘View and Edit Account’: This option is located at the top of the account page.
4. Tap on ‘Membership Type’: Locate this section within the account settings.
5. Click on ‘Change Membership’: Choose this option to update your membership scheme.
6. Select ‘I Don’t Have a Member Code’: This is located at the bottom of the change membership screen.
7. Toggle Vehicle Type to ‘Motorcycle’: Adjust the setting to switch to the Riders scheme.
