Step 3: Press 1 for Shell Fleet Card Member Services
Please enter your account number followed by the # key

Step 4: Press 1 for Card Related Services

Step 5: Press 1 to Cancel or Report Lost Cards.

 

*Once your card is blocked, it cannot be reactivated.
